This collection consists of George McDonald's photographs, military documents, and war recollections.

This collection is comprised of photocopied, proof versions of George W. Wyatt's Super Breed 1, later published as Super Breed 1: A Journal of the First Marine Engineers, Pioneers, and Seabees, and Super Breed 2. While Super Breed 1 documents several campaigns of the 1st Combat Engineer Battalion, a significant portion of the book focuses on Wyatt's personal experiences in the Guadalcanal Campaign. Super Breed 2 is made up almost entirely of captioned photographs.

This collection contains two German maps of Europe during World War II. The first is of western Europe, primarily the island of Great Britain, and the second is of eastern Europe, primarily of Romania, Hungary, Serbia, the Macedonia region of Greece, and Bulgaria.

This collection consists of Gladys Bonine’s typed memoir entitled “Recollections of One Army Nurse in World War II.” The 132-page memoir documents Bonine’s service in World War II including her decision to enlist, her training, and her time as a nurse in England.

This collection documents Glen Burchby's World War II military service. Included are letters written to Burchby, mostly during 1943-1945; a three-page typescript with details about Burchby’s life and military service, including his time as a prisoner of war from 1944-1945; and a photocopy and English translation of a German history of Stalag IV-B prisoner of war camp, the camp in which Burchby was held.

This collection consists of two copies of the Sawbuck Gazette, dated January 24 and July 15, 1995. Also included is a registry of enlisted men's names and their addresses throughout the United States dated 1955.

This collection contains Gus W. Dyer’s memoirs, essays, diary entries, and correspondence from his time serving in World War II in the Pacific Theater.

A single handwritten diary (photocopy) of Guy Landers from his time in World War II. The diary includes short daily entries of Landers’ activities from August 1944 through July 1945 before and during his time on the USS Arkansas.

This collection, created by World War II veteran H. P. Griffith, contains a single copy of the newspaper Stars and Stripes, Pacific edition, from October 3, 1945, as well as military and Japanese currency.

This collection features several drawings drawn by Hal Ernest as a child during World War II.

This collection contains a copy of "Hal Holmes: The War Years--WWII," a biography of Holmes written by his wife, Margarette Harrison Holmes, in 1990. The bulk of the book contains photocopies of letters Holmes penned to his wife during his wartime service. Also included are photocopies of photographs and newspaper clippings in addition to biographical information about Holmes. The book is approximately 400 pages in length.

This collection consists of Harold Murray's personal correspondence, photographs, and military records from his service in World War II, as well as an extensive collection of newsletters about the United States Army Air Force.

The Harold F. Broderick Collection, 1943, consists primarily of photographs of Attu Island during World War II. Also included is the Blue Star Flag.

This collection contains personal items as well as publications that document World War II soldier Harold Masden’s experiences in the war, particularly related to the attack on Pearl Harbor. Among Masden’s personal material are his typewritten accounts of his military service record and memoirs of his time in the war. Also included are publications about Pearl Harbor as well as a 25-year run of the “Pearl Harbor-Gram,” a newsletter published by the Pearl Harbor Survivors Association.

This collection of correspondence, photographs, and currency documents part of Harry A. Waddington's service in the Third Infantry Division of the Seventh Army Front in both the European and Pacific fronts during World War II.
